I recently sent a buyer a message which they never got and when I looked in my sent items it had gone from there too. Another buyer told me they thought they'd sent me a message, couldn't find it so sent it again. I got the message twice. Another buyer also sent me two messages without realising it. It's pretty serious for sellers if they're trying to reassure buyers with communication and the system is failing!
