A buyer is claiming a Karcher I sold several weeks ago isn't working. I would never sell something like this and my record is 100%. Since they bought it we've had very cold weather, below freezing, I've no idea how they've stored it.
I'm being told to refund.
Any thoughts on where I stand please?

They only paid 2 weeks ago so are well within time to make a claim.
Unfortunately, the advice in these cases is always the same: accept the return, provide a label and refund the buyer when you get the item back.
Ebay don't see the item so will take the buyer's word that it is not working.

If they are within 30 days of the item's last estimated delivery date, and open a case for item not as described, you will have to accept the return, pay for the tracked return label if you want you item posting back, and on it s return fully refund.
The buyer is entitled to a full refund if claiming within 30 days covered by eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy.
