Full Refund......Seller sent Wrong Item. Ignoring my emails . How do I get Ebay Money Back Guarantee

Wrong item sent Seller ignoring my emails. Would like a full refund .

How do I get this .... Return label sent but implies it will be deducted from my payment. 

Seller got it wrong and didn't try to send the right one.

Ebay Money Back guarantee....I would like to claim this. HOW ?

as you have received a returns label, what case did you open?

Have you opened a case to return the item and received a label from the seller through the case?

If you are sent the wrong item, you should not have to pay for the label.

But, it depends on why you are returning and, really importantly, what reason you chose to return.

You have to pick from the list given by Ebay - so what reason did you choose?

Thanks for your response.
It is a clear Back cover for a Samsung Galaxy 9 fe+. It doesn't fit ....my
tablet has 2 operating buttons on right side . This has 3 and covers them
making them inoperable.
I told the Seller on several contacts and they have not responded to any of
them .
I thought they had made a mistake and would send to upright one .
First time after years with Ebay having to return anything....Couldn't find
a section to say this.
So I ticked Doesn't fit....A label arrived today but implies postage is
£3.45 and implies this will be deducted.
My wifes cover for the smaller Samsung Galaxy fits perfectly...I bought
that first expecting the same great fit.
I feel I shouldn't have to pay as it was their fault.
What can I do ?

'Does not fit' counts as a change of mind reason so you are responsible for the return postage.

You needed to state the item was 'not as described'.

You can't now close the case and open another.

All you can try is speak to Ebay Customer Services and ask them if they can change the reason so you get a paid for label from the seller.  (They may say they can't do anything.)

Contacted Customer Services through the link you sent .

You were right used the wrong "didn't fit"....They can't change it but
will look into it once item is returned.

Getting picked up tomorrow.

Wish I'd contacted you sooner and thus could have been avoided.

So annoyed at his lack of response.
