Wrong item sent Seller ignoring my emails. Would like a full refund .
How do I get this .... Return label sent but implies it will be deducted from my payment.
Seller got it wrong and didn't try to send the right one.
Ebay Money Back guarantee....I would like to claim this. HOW ?

Have you opened a case to return the item and received a label from the seller through the case?
If you are sent the wrong item, you should not have to pay for the label.
But, it depends on why you are returning and, really importantly, what reason you chose to return.
You have to pick from the list given by Ebay - so what reason did you choose?

'Does not fit' counts as a change of mind reason so you are responsible for the return postage.
You needed to state the item was 'not as described'.
You can't now close the case and open another.
All you can try is speak to Ebay Customer Services and ask them if they can change the reason so you get a paid for label from the seller. (They may say they can't do anything.)
