Over a week ago, I sold a mobility scooter, the buyer apparently paid  but despite numerous attempts to message then to arrange collection,  they haven't responded. I've tried to contact an ebay rep, but all I kept getting was an automated message saying the buyer doesn't have to respond to a message. What can I do please?

You can email them and say you need it collected by a certain date.   If they don't reply or don't collect by then you can cancel the transaction.   Or you can do that right away if you prefer.

Go to the dropdown arrow alongside the item on your orders page > Cancel order > Issue with buyer's delivery address, which is the nearest one to this situation as it's possible they are too far away to collect easily.     The refund will be issued in the process.

And put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

Give the buyer a reasonable deadline for collection and say you will assume they want to cancel if they don't collect by then .  Then cancel using the 'buyer requested cancellation' reason.
