I can’t change the seller address from the USA to United Kingdom

There’sa Line for zip code but no matter what I do I can’t fix the address to be in the uk

Your account is registered in the States,  you will not be able to register this one to be a UK registered account.

Are you living in the UK now?  You'll need to open a new account here,  and register a UK bank account if you wish to use it to sell items in the UK.

No, you cannot change your American account to a UK account.

You have to open a new account register it here, and provide eBay  with a UK registered bank account if you wish to sell items in the UK.
