Mark item as dispatched

How do I mark item as dispatched , it’s not available in the menus

If you didn't use the Simple Delivery label open it anyway and that will mark item dispatched.

Won’t I end up paying for lable I don’t want ?

Even when you print a label it's not used until it's scanned at the post office.   If you have postage cost on the listing (as opposed to free postage) that means the buyer has already paid for the label and they will automatically get a refund for it in 30 days.
