Report a seller

I am trying to contact ebay customer services but it sends round in circles. I am trying to report a seller. They have sent acode to take the item to the post office. The item is a large sofa. I contacted the courier and they told me they can only arrange collection via the seller. Now the seller is not responding

Yep,  you do need Customer Service for this for them to provide the correct / label and charge it to the seller's account.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays


9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.


Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.


I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
