How to stop my products being promoted!!

I chose to promote and thought I'd do it for a few days however I keep trying to turn it off but I can't find how I do that!!! Everyday I'm being charged

You should be able to turn it off in Seller Hub.

Navigate to the Promoted Listings dashboard in Seller Hub, select the listing and choose "Stop promoting". You can also manage promotions from the Actions dropdown menu next to the listing in My eBay or by editing the campaign strategy in the Advertising dashboard.
