POOR SERVICE!!!

What has happened to the once good service provided by ebay??

Sellers are very slow is posting the item!! The tracking facility is not updated and gives no information what so ever!!

Delivery is slow, i understand this if posting from China but 2 weeks from ROCHDALE and we live in the north east!! 2 days after paying for the item it still hasnt been posted!!

Instructions / Assembly detail is generally microscopic and not easily read!! It would be so much easier if pieces were numbered!! to help with assembly

Rant over!! problem solved i will no longer use ebay!!

It's actually a poor service by sellers who use ebay, not by ebay.

Only through opened cases and negative feedback.

Late dispatch and late deliveries are recorded on seller dashboard, and poor records can lead to being suspended. No doubt the problems sellers have with Not so simple postage does not help.

I can only suggest looking at a sellers feedback and DSR ratings before buying, low ratings there would give you a warning, but as although I have never had a late delivery I will not be buying through ebay again
