Item not received

Hello I ordered an item using Guest check out. The item never arrived. When I try to contact seller it directs me to login- but when I log in the item is not in my ordered items list as on guest check out. Have tried contacting seller and they are not replying. 
can anyone help. Called the customer service number and they referred me to online help or to log in and contact seller through the order.

The seller won't be able to help because guest sales are anonymous and not linked to other accounts.

If you are within 30 days of the estimated delivery date you can still open a case.

 

Here's what to do:

  1. Find your order confirmation email. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
  2. Select View order details in the body of the email.
  3. Select Contact seller.
  4. Select I haven't received my item yet.
  5. Choose No, I want to contact the seller.
  6. Fill in the details and then hit Submit.
