The seller won't be able to help because guest sales are anonymous and not linked to other accounts.
If you are within 30 days of the estimated delivery date you can still open a case.
Here's what to do:
- Find your order confirmation email. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
- Select View order details in the body of the email.
- Select Contact seller.
- Select I haven't received my item yet.
- Choose No, I want to contact the seller.
- Fill in the details and then hit Submit.
