A delivery teapot no lid

I ad a teapot delivered today with out a lid I messaged seller and eBay and got no answer back I want a refund or a another teapot  I take to trade standard

Open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, you either return at sellers expense, and seller either refunds or sends replacement, HOWEVER do not close case until you have replacement or refund.

You are trying to make something thst is easy far too complicated, as I doubt trading standards would do anything, when it can be dealt with so easily.

Trading Standards can't do anything here, so that's a pointless threat. I see that you've left that in your feedback for this order too.

Simply open an eBay return.

Select the reason as 'part missing'.
