i am tryng to print a international postage label through eBay. I have selected a Royal Mail label, this label is to send a (stamp first day cover) to Norway. It looks like i need to put a HS tarrif code into the customs form. I have no idea what this is or how to find it. I had no idea i had to find this information i thought it would all be on the printed label?? Completely stuck - help!!
