an internatonal buyer just bought the jacket from my store and claims that it was boxing gloves

i recently sold the jacket and it is delivered by dhl he messages to send on time and it should be in best material  so i sent him and he claims it is boxing gloves and want to refund he sent photos of boxing gloves so i send him video while packing 
he stiill not reply and want to return he will not return he has feedbacks to he is a scammer and cancel the orders of him 

i dont know what should i do i almost spent 120gbp but he still dont understand 
what should i do 

this is the jacket i send him i dont get ebay support right now hope it will be solved or need to pay for no reason

You have to decide how to proceed as if not buyer can ask ebay to step in and they would probably just  refund at your expense.

This could be a scam or a genuine mix up by courier, but you need to provide return label and refund on return, then you can appeal to ebay.
