Selling to Latvia

Someone in Latvia. Has purchased a jigsaw from me for £15.00 and they haven’t paid after 4 days. I am new to eBay and I’m thinking it’s probably something I haven’t done( enabling international postage) Will it cost me more than it’s worth , it was £15.00 + p&p. Can anyone advise me what to do, thanks

Re: Selling to Latvia

Cancel this order now citing Buyer Has Not paid.  Click on the item, then top left on View Order Details.

From More Actions on the right scroll down to Cancel Order >>  Buyer Has not paid.

As a new seller best maybe just to initially start selling within the UK once you gain for confidence how the selling works, then you can venture selling worldwide or some myself included, are happy to just stay selling within the UK.

Check your Site Preferences now where you have selected the countries you wish to post to, here:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf

On the left sidebar select Postage Preferences, scroll down to Exclude Postage locations and select the countries there you do and do not wish to post to. There is a little box at the bottom of that list to add this to any item listed , with no bids.

Be aware, if you are a new seller, or one returning after a long break, you may not be able to sell internationally straight away.
