Simple Delivery

I too am very unhappy with Simple Delivery. A) it's not simple, and b) it has taken away my ability to choose the best and cheapest postage price. Simple delivery for me is weighing my items at home and going to a post office and knowing exactly what it will cost me, no messing. I tried to contact customer service but it was a series of dumb AI conversations. Seriously thinking of stopping selling on ebay. I've done it for 20+ years, (just offloading my books etc when I've read them), and this is the worst it's ever been.

Unfortunately you can not opt out of Simple Delivery and it is more expensive now to send items which were once classes as Large letters. you can only select Royal mail / EVRI - There is a large letter selection but I think its £2.70, which you can select buyer or seller pays - Im afraid you will have to get used to the new way as every private seller is in the same boat.
