Hi, I sold an item on 13th March. The buyer paid, the item was delivered on 17th March.
It said payment for item will be available on 19th March, as of today, I have not received the payment in my eBay Balance.
I'm a frequent seller and check my account regularly and once payments are in my eBay Balance, I do withdraw them so I can keep track of what I have received or not.
Having checked my bank account to make sure I haven't forgetfullu withdrawn the payment, it still hasn't been released.
I have tried to contact eBay unsuccessfully as there were too many links etc, but no direct contact address.
Any advice will be very helpful. Thank you very much.
