I gave an honest review regarding an item

Hi, I have not used this section before, but I have not gotten any joy looking up eBay's help on this subject? I left feedback regarding an item that broke immediately. I was honest and mentioned that the seller did deal with me promptly and refunded me, but I did mention it did break, I don't know if this is the case for everyone who buys this item but at least they know to take into consideration, seller has sent me so many messages to remove feedback? I'm getting constant messages for an honest feed back of him begging me to take down? What is the point of feedback then?? I don't know how to stop nor to report all these messages, so they stop? I would appreciate any suggestions, please Thanks

That is not the proper way to deal with this sort of problem.

You open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, seller then either provides a return label, and on return refunds, or if he does not want a damaged item back, refunds.

Feedback should reflect how the seller deals with the problem, not the breakage. Might be poor quality but breakage is one of the risks of buying and selling, and what the ebay 30 day money back guarantee us for.
