Any circumstances do not buy from this seller, the customer service and the quality of goods are Shocking, they don’t reply to messages. They give a five year warranty which is utterly worthless, they don’t refund. They don’t honour their warranty and the quality of the goods is absolutely disgusting.  you buy from these people and you are wasting your money.

As you can see the name of this seller the moderators have removed as no matter how well meaning and helpful you are trying to be,  naming and shaming is not allowed on the boards.  Otherwise,  it could be inundated with competitors  ruining another seller's account and reputation.

eBay do not offer any warranties outside their 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy.  Outside that timeframe you need to try your payment provider,  most offer a 180 day period on some cover.  Or,  if purchased from a UK registered business who is not upholding a guarantee they offered you need to turn to Trading Standards to report and Citizens Advice if you wish to proceed with a claim.
