Purchased a “refurbished” laptop in September last year - ad for the item clearly states 1 year warranty and now seller is saying basically get stuffed as the laptop has failed! How do I go about getting them to honour that clearly stated warranty when it’s impossible to get hold of any living person at eBay to help??
