Seller wants to cancel order because they forgot to put min bid price on auction

I won an auction about a week ago and paid by credit card lodged with ebay. I chased up the order a couple of  days ago. Today I received a message saying that they cannot sell to me at that price £52 approx that they need £60 so will have to cancel the order.

What is the process do I request a cancellation and then ebay arrange the refund on my card or does the ebay seller have to reverse

If I agree a higher price with seller how do I put the extra through on my card

Personally not really bothered either way at the moment.

Thanks

They are supposed to sell at the price you got it for but ebay camnot force them to.  The seller  can just issue a cancellation via the dropdown menu for the item.  A refund will be issued in the process.   Then they can relist for you to buy again.
