Can’t mark orders as dispatched – items already sent via Royal Mail

Hello,

I have already dispatched three orders using Royal Mail, outside of eBay’s Evri shipping label.

However, the system still expects me to use a prepaid Evri label, and I am unable to mark the orders as dispatched manually.

Here are the order numbers:

• Order 1: 177230980411

• Order 2:177230984450

• Order 3:177231024219

Could you please mark all three orders as dispatched on my behalf?

To add the new tracking number and mark as dispatched you still need to generate the original prepaid label.    Then go to the More Actions dropdown menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow and change the tracking.    That has to be done on a desktop browser.

After that you can cancel the original label here:

Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

Even if you cannot manage to do the above the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.
