How to get funds paid when combined postage thinks some haven’t been delivered

One buyer purchased 3 items from me and wanted combined postage. I went through the help to try and do this but my account only allows simple delivery and there was no option for combining. Therefore with agreement from the buyer I included an extra pair of socks to cover the extra postage she had paid. However, because I didn’t use the other 2 labels, it doesn’t think I’ve posted them so won’t get paid, help! I can’t seem to find a way around it and the online assistance doesn’t give me an answer, have I just lost these funds?

You will get paid, it'll just take 14 days for the money to be released.

If your items were listed with Simple Ddelivery (buyer pays) and you cannot enter a new tracking number you will receive payment after 14 days the same as sending untracked BUT your buyer will be refunded the postage they paid in around 30 days for the unused labels,if you used free postage with Simple Delivery you can claim a refund of the postage you were charged here https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller claims must be made within 14 days of sale.
