Dear community,
i am in despate situation.
i have sent an expensive luxury bag to a buyer, after he received it he claimed that he thinks it is non authentic without any authentification etc. After i provided a return shipping label - he created his own with different index code than was indicated in my return address and in my return shipping label and sent it back. He opened a ticket and received full refund. Of coarse i wasn't able to get it back and i even didn't receive any notice as it was in different post office (as different post code was used).
After some time it was retuned back to sender - i write him and ask to return as he claimed it is non authentic but he don't react(
Ebay don't offer any way to contact even representative - only automated assistant which cannot help, as the return is closed and it doesn't even let to make a lcaim as more than 3 month passed...
I am desparate, those money are crutial for me and my family, we are from Ukraine and cannot afford to lose so much.
may be somebody can advice how to contact ebay and ask for help? or some ebay representative read this chat and can help?
