Hi everyone
I am ebay seller for 10 years, recently got verify notice banner, that I uploaded my passport as identity, the photo is clear, valid with signature.
But it seems verified by robot, keep replying email "Further verification needed'' I don't have traveling licence, that I can only take passport photos again and uploaded, repeatly got email "Further verification needed''.
the customer service seems can't see the uploaded picture directly, just told me the system reported the picture is not clear, and blurry. I tried to use iphone 16 to take picture, the picture is really clear, but still can't be verified.
If anyone experienced same situation, please kindly give some advice.
