HI I have a question regarding a product I’m interested in purchasing from a wholesaler in UK.
I found a product I want to sell on eBay, but when I checked, I saw it is listed under eBay's VeRO program. However, I noticed other sellers are still offering it on eBay. If the wholesaler provides me with an invoice for the product, am I still allowed to sell it on eBay? I want to make sure I don’t run into any issues.
Your guidance on this would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you for your help.

If it's in the Vero Programme, then listing it, the Brand owner could ask for it to be removed.
An invoice would not help as it's the Brand owner's permission needed to be able to sell their items on eBay, this is not readily given.
Many are listed which breach Vero regulations, but these have slipped the net. With over 7 billion listings on at any one time, it's impossible to check each and every listing, so invariably some will become listed.
Personally, if it's on the Vero Programme safe not to list it on eBay.

Best always to avoid listing Vero protected items, and eBay rely on members to report such items too, so not worth the risk in listing this item.

You could contact the brand owner direct and ask how to become a verified reseller of their products and if they allow sales on eBay

adding to the advice already given -
you won't get permission to sell as a private seller.

Private sellers, are those who wish to sell their own used unwanted items, say a wardrobe clear out , garage / attic clear out .
A Private seller would not need to contact any Brand to ask permission to sell their second hand goods.

I saw it is listed under eBay's VeRO program.
Somewhere in eBays VeRO advice (I'm not sure where, it's a long time since I looked!) you can find exactly what rights a seller has registered. If it only covers their copyright then you should be able to sell authentic brand name items (but not counterfeits, of course!).
However, some sellers also register their distribution rights, i.e. items may only be sold by their authorised distributors. If this applies, they could ask eBay to remove any of their items that you list, even authentic ones, because you are not an authorised distributor.

A Private seller would not need to contact any Brand to ask permission to sell their second hand goods.
But they might still be prevented from selling them!
