Unable to confirm order

Hello, the buyer of the order I recently sold chose to pick it up himself, so I handed the item to him yesterday and did not use the mail.He couldn't confirm the order and I couldn't get my money.

There's nothing for the buyer to confirm. 

The item was not listed as a collection item,  therefore no collection code for the buyer to give you,  and this is the only way to confirm  collection, and receive payout sooner.

You will now need to wait a minimum of 14 days before your payout is released.
