Postage to Jersey

I stay in Scotland but a lady from Jersey wants to buy an item and is unable too, I have switched on international payments but still no luck

In your Site Preferences go to Postage Prefs >>  Domestic Postage and ensure the box alongside Channel Isle is unticked.

If not possible to do on an app you may need a laptop / PC to manage this,  Chrome seems to work well with eBay.
