wrong size product sent to me, 4 emails sent to seller who has not responded to any full refund now requested seller still has not replied after nearly 4 weeks since purchase. ebay has not helped in dealing with this matter. o out of 10 for this company

you need to escalate the case to eBay for them to deal with it.
If you have not opened a case eBay won't get involved, so open a case now -

What you really mean is you did not use the tools ebay provide for dealing with this sort of problem.

You have 30 days from receipt to open a return and send the item back.
Stop messaging the seller (especially as they are ignoring you) and open a return case today.
If the items are not as described in the listing, make sure you use the reason 'item did not match description' and the seller will have to provide a label to get their item back.
