Our eBay messages keep getting blocked.

Have they paid you?

Once they have paid through Ebay checkout, you should be able to exchange details.

Don't forget to get the collection code when they pick up their purchase.

eBay block messages containing contact details before payment.    They no longer allow cash on collection so the buyer has to pay via ebay first then you can exchange details.  

Ask them to bring the collection code with them to give to you which will release the payment.  See "Proof of collection" on here:

You might be trying too soon.  Ebay needs to register that the buyer has paid.  Try tomorrow.

Ah, thought as much. We agreed that they would pay once they've checked out the goods when they pick them up. It's a bass amplifier, and they're local. They would pay through the eBay app and I would then ratify pickup using the code/QR.

All message comms between us are now blocked, so how can I share this new info with them?

I had this problem last week but rather then click on the sale I clicked on the buyer and sent a direct message and they got the address and phone number (didnt block) you could try that

Once buyer has paid, you can contact. If when buyer examines their purchase they are not happy, then you cancel the sale which generates a refund.
