Feedback score changes up and down

Hello,

My overall feedback score keeps changing as can be seen in this screenshot :

I understand that feedback is calculated over a moving period of time but surely the score shouldn't be reported differently like this. If I refresh the page sometimes the two visible FB numbers agree, sometimes they don't. Confused...... Anybody any ideas ?

I see today it shows as 1638, has it perhaps now become accurate or is it still changing.

Never heard or seen this before, and only ebay could possibly explain. Fortunately feedback wording is much more important than numbers that are unreliable.

Thanks for the reply. Maybe I should have stressed the fact that the feedback score changes many times during a short period of time and doesn't stabilise. Maybe I should try and check if the 'score' is counted from my seller or buyer feedback rather than just the overall number. To have two different numbers displayed at the same time, as in my original posted screenshot, seems rather odd anyhow.

As you say the feedback comments are much more useful to potential buyers than just a number.
