simple delivery

Simple delivery .I just can't do it. I don't have a smart phone,or a printer. When a buyer has paid the only way I can get their address is to click on pre'paid label .Then ebay takes over with  all the add-ons  even vat. I  get the label on my PC.but thats it. If I could get  a label  I  am house bound  so can't take it to a drop-off point. I have been selling for 18 years without problems but now I have a big one . sylvia

I understand that collection from home is available under Simple Delivery,  this is eBay's answer.

Collection is available with Simple Delivery through Royal Mail. If you'd like your sold item to be collected, make sure Royal Mail is selected as one of your preferred carriers. Once your item is sold and after you've generated a prepaid label on eBay, book your collection on the Royal Mail website. 

It says ' generate the prepaid label'  now I have not used this service,  it might be worth checking with RM if they can print the label on collecting the item.

To add to the advice already given regarding the collection option with Royal mail. 

There is the option to book a collection with the Royal Mail and they can bring the label with them. Now the collection needs to be booked before you create the prepaid label so this may not be an option for current orders but will be an option for your future ones.
