My simple posting options are limited to 2kgs and a medium parcel, this is too low, I want to post longer and heavier items as l used to before simple delivery. I've tried to change in my settings but cannot.
There are a few ' teething' issues with Simple Delivery , and this is one of those, that these items should be exempt from SD , but the option for Custom Postage, is just not showing up.
