Roof racks for Skoda Fabia

Hiya, I bought a pair of roof racks from a dealer  on 09/09/2024, found they don't fit on my new Skoda Fabia, they asked me to return them and they got it back on 13/02/2025, they promised to refund full amount of £85.00, but I still haven't got the money after wating for over 6 months and numerous chasing-ups , what can I do now? You are way,  way too late to claim any refund from eBay who have a 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy for items not as described,   and if this was a case of doesn't fit,  sellers also  have a timeframe for the return, for example 2 weeks.

You are too late to claim anything from your payment provider too.

If they have your money and your item,  it's a legal route now to take,  if you wish to take this further.  However,  it may cost more than the item in question. 🤔
