Keep all the contents you've been sent and open a return ticking the box Item not as described or Missing items, whichever you want.
Your seller will be told to send you a prepaid return label, but if they do not, escalate your case after 3 working days to get a refund.
Do NOT open a Not received cas as you would lose. Tracking will show that an item WAS delivered to you.
