Light flat small stuff

Wonder if anyone can shed any light on where i can find the option for postage for things like football programmes etc. I have very many small flat football programmes that are nowhere near 1kg in weight and nowhere near the only size option envelope i am offered (35 by 21)

I have searched the internet, watched a bloke on youtube but can't come up with anything.

I don't appear to have an option to input size weight etc of the item manually which i have seen previously.

With basic letter size items under 100g/£10 you should be able to opt out of Simple Delivery and choose your own postage.   Anything bigger than that you can only choose the smallest option ebay offer.
