Posting an item..... confused!!

Hi.

I've just sold an item but am absolutely clueless when it comes to posting it out. The last time I did it, it was a case of package it up and post it yourself. 

But now it's telling me to use a 'Simple Delivery ' service where I have to take it somewhere and print out the label or use a QR code. Now, I understand the idea of printing out a label but haven't had a printer for some time, so not that. It also says I can use an QR code...but I don't understand how a QR code is going to give it a label and the associated information.

I'm happy to accept this is me being very dim but it's true. Any advice for a big thicko?

You do not have to have a printer,  and can use a camera , iPad or other device to take a photo of the label / QR code,  take to your PO, and this is scanned at the Post Office, then nothing for you to mark as dispatched.
