Hi folks, just received a box with 3 sets of pond plants in which I didn't order. Am willing to pay for them to save them going back in the post, but all I have is they came from Plymouth. No seller name.
Is there anything I can do to find out who sent them? I have ordered pond plants in the past, but have received all those and the sellers didn't come from Plymouth. Someone, somewhere is waiting for these and I have no idea where to send them back to or even get in touch. Is it just an error which I am benefitting from? I guess at some point I must have ordered from this seller for him/her to have my address.

Are you sure this is from an eBay seller?
If you have purchased some recent items from eBay, checkout those sellers, they may just have posted to the wrong buyer.
Click on the seller's listings, then down the left sidebar click on Sold. If you find the item there, send that seller a message that you have received their item in error, for them to send you enough money to cover a fully tracked return postage to return the item back to them.
Do not be fobbed off with sending to the correct buyer, it goes back to the seller.
If this is not the case, and no one else in your household knows of this purchase, google Brushing Scam see if that applies here, though because of the items, it's doubtful 🤔

I have checked my last purchases and none have come from Plymouth and no-one who I have bought from are selling the plants I have received. I've never even heard of one of them and I know most pond plants. Very strange. The one I don't know I have googled and it is tropical, so no good for my pond anyway.
Thanks tressygirl.
