Open a not received case in Paypal. Escalate after 2 days but before 20. Hope this helps. You have 180 days to open a case in Paypal.

Hi again, open a not as described case in the Resolution centre at the bottom of the page. The seller will have to send you a return label, you return them and then wil be refunded.
