Simple delivery courier options

Is there a way of selecting a courier yourself from your chosen couriers not letting eBay do it as on some large items certain couriers are cheaper?

At the moment the choice it between Royal Mail and Evri, or both.   You can opt out of one here:

I want both choices but to be able to select which I want as for my larger items Royal Mail is best but smaller Evri and eBay keeps selecting wrong one automatically
