Hi eBay Support,

I have an available eBay balance of £31.00, but when I try to use it for a purchase, I receive a message saying I don't have any balance to apply toward the order.

Could you please help me understand why my eBay balance isn't being accepted, and let me know if there's anything I need to do to fix this?
