Trying to transfer money from my eBay balance to my bank account using the withdraw link
but withdraw tab not lighting up and no message to say why yet it says I can use my balance today to make purchases on eBay??? Have always used this method and never had a problem before, anyone else having same problem or could it be a technical issue?? Any help, greatly appreciated x
