I purchased a USB rechargeable shower on 3rd July, I had the delivery address as Argos as I was on holiday, the seller keeps telling me it’s been delivered and to check with friends and neighbours it she doesn’t understand that it was being delivered to a Sainsbury’s in Leicester.
I popped into Sainsbury’s and Argos don’t have it, it’s been raised with my bank too.
the seller says she has photographic evidence but it’s not been forthcoming.
what next people?
thanks

If you have already raised it with your bank you have to leave it to them. You can't now get ebay involved.

If you bought it on 3rd July, did you go to collect it in time (Argos only keep a parcel for 7 days) and were you provided with a collection code?
You can open an 'item not received' case but if the seller can prove delivery to your chosen collection point, the case will close in the seller's favour.

If item is not collected within 7 days of delivery, it MAY be returned to seller,
Often though it is disposed of or given to charity, you lose item and money, all in C&C T&Cs.
Only hope is bank allowing charge back. Although TBH this is unfair on seller as it was your error.

It would be nice if the seller gave me evidence but she’s ignoring my emails, I tried everything to sort this out, the seller just doesn’t understand what I’m trying to say
I went to Argos, they asked for a barcode which I don’t have!

IT WASNT MY FAULT but thanks for your negative helpfulness

Argos requires the collection code before they allow you to collect,
Ebay supply it, not seller.
Seller can prove delivery to store, so they have fulfilled their part of transaction.
