Selling limit £10

Hi everyone. I’ve had my eBay account many years, sold a few vehicles and nothing much else, because my selling limit remains at £10. Honestly, it’s not worth the bother for an item value of £10 or less. I’m just wondering if this is standard practice or maybe eBay is blocking me for some reason. I’ve requested an increase several times but it’s not granted. How the heck does anyone build up to sell many items at £100s in value?

Have you read this https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/listings/selling-limits?id=4107&st=3&pos=1&query=Selling%20limit...

I have never heard of such a low limit, I understood even a new seller has a limit of several hundred pounds. £10 is pointless.

Yes, I have read everything, but I haven't seen any specific policy or default limits

Unfortunately, you're not currently eligible for a selling limit increase. You've only listed or sold 0 items of your 1 monthly limit. You can list or sell up to £10.00 more to reach your £10.00 monthly limit. If you're planning to increase your selling activity or list one or more higher value items, you'll need to contact an agent to provide additional details to increase your limits. Learn more<>.
