Simple delivery

Is anyone else out there considering finding alternatives for selling since eBay have forced simple delivery on us. I for one resent being told what I have to charge, who I have to use and how long I have to turn items around. If this continues then I’ll be off. There are enough dictators in the world and not being subject to one called eBay.

very dissatisfied doesn’t come close.

Lots of people have said they are leaving, however, when you check the long posts in the other forums, about half of the 'I am definitely leaving brigade' are still here.

I don't especially like Simple Delivery and printing labels is a bit of a faff.

However:

I like selling on Ebay and it makes me a little bit of money.

If items get lost in the post, Ebay refund the buyer.  I don't have to spend ages completing a form and then (fingers crossed) get a book of stamps from Royal Mail.

Generally, the postage prices charged by Ebay are a little lower than I would charge for the same service (RM Tracked 48).

I have amended my 'working days' so I still have a 5 day despatch time which suits me as I only post weekly.

I can't be bothered to find my way around starting as a brand new seller on a new platform.
