Hoe to void a postage label

Hi can anyone tell me how to void a postage label? The instructions on the help page aren’t very helpful.

Is it a label that you've bought direct from eBay?

Hi, thanks for your response. The customer paid for postage, I was charged twice for the postage. The help page suggested voiding a label but the instructions how to do this don’t help.

If it was a Simple Delivery label then the buyer paid for the postage.

If you didn't use that label, but went ahead and bought your own, the buyer gets the refund for their label.
