Listing An Item

Can someone advise re Simple Postage.

I sell quite a few items which weigh under 100 grammes (so letter post in the UK) but the new selling form for Simple Postage only offers me the ability to send items via a large letter at £2.72 cost to sellers or via parcel post if heavier.

Now sending a letter rate label costs from 85p to £1.70 in  the UK so it means I would be grossly overcharging customers and presumably would mean they might be reluctant to purchase the item in the first place.

It  seems absolutely crazy new system that does not allow letter rates.

Listing An Item

There is a technical issue that some sellers are not seeing Custom Postage for items which are clearly exempt,  e.g. like yours,  those under the weight of 100g.

There is a workaround.

From the link below, go to Go To Solution,  and see Rick's answer , you can adapt that to your listings.
