Postage Label Refund for Unused and Un-downloaded Labels

I sold an item and downloaded the postage label for it.

I sold a second item and got a postage label for that item too.

I then noticed that both items were for the same buyer, so I sent both items to the buyer using the first postage label, and refunded the buyer for the cost of the unused label.

How do I get a refund for the unused postage label. The label has not been downloaded. I am still being told to post the item. The buyer has received, and left me feedback for both items. The refund has been deducted from the proceeds of the sale.

Postage Label Refund for Unused and Un-downloaded Labels

This is how to receive a refund for the unused label if you bought it through eBay.

Find your label with this link .  It may take 24 hours for it to appear, before you are able to cancel it.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.
