Taking money out of account

I can’t remove the money from my account. It’s saying bank details aren’t verified but I have verified them many times. Is it because I have changed my name since getting married?? 

one surname on my eBay account and another on my back account?

I can’t cha be my name on there eBay- or at least I can’t see how I can!

Yep,  that would be the reason.  Your name on your bank account must match exactly,  the name on your eBay account.
