Item arrived at my Buyer damaged

Hi, Can anyone help this is the first time I have had an issue.  I sold a highchair but it was delivered to my Buyer damaged.  I sent this by Yodel wrapped in bubble wrap and thick cardboard, very securely wrapped.  I contacted Yodel on their live chat twice and Aman and Parv and they could not have been more UNHELPFUL. Yodel had outsourced this to somebody called Packlink Simply Shipping who I have not been able to contact their website does have a facility to message but page keeps telling me there is a problem and does not send the message.   What re-dress do I have? How do I contact E-bay for advice? What responsibility does Yodel have?  This is a very poor service from all involved.  Thanks

If it was sent using ebay's Simple Delivery ask the buyer to open an "arrived damaged" return/case.   ebay should then issue the refund and you keep the payment.

 

If it wasn't SD (unlikely with Yodel) but used Packlink you can claim here:
